i'm a sucker for high fashion streetwear and in a market flooded with overpriced graphic print hoodies and huge logo tees, its hard to find a true gem. Dark Horse is like a breath of fresh air for the supremely fresh, like myself. Any line that can immortalize Grace Jones on a tee shirt is fine by me.

Okay, so you know I'm semiobsessed with MTV's The Hills, right? Well, if you are too, you probably remember the episode a few months ago where Whitney had the opportunity to style that new artist for her signing party, right? In case you don't, that artist was lady gaga. i remember thinking, 'hmmm, she's kinda dope', but i quickly brushed her off. Now, with 'Just Dance' all over the radio, she's all over my radar. I downloaded her, and I like her sound. 'Beautiful,Dirty,Rich' is my new anthem. She's giving us something different, in my opinion. I thought she was one of those kick ass Euro-trash types at first, but she's actually an italian girl from NYC. This made me like her even more. I even think I have a fashion crush on her.

The Saga Begins.......

The sole purpose of this blog is to support my addiction to all things related to fashion. i have had this 'problem' for as long as i can remember. i do not know how to shake it, nor do i have the desire to. Along with the creation of the Pistols and Petals blog, will be the true start to my career as one of the beloved (and envied) fashion people. i am a young lady with many dreams and passions that i have every intention on pursuing. At the moment, i am devoting every inch of my being to perfecting my hair, makeup and designing skills. i would like to post pics and stories of my progress as well as those of others. i intend for this project to be personal, informative, creative, relative and inspiring.
